Dancer Appreciation Week Newsletter

Hey Dancers!! This week is all about YOU! The week of January 22nd-28th is jam-packed with events to celebrate all your hard work this far. Here is a summary of this week’s events:

Black Tie Affair

Put on your dancing shoes and get ready for the event of the year (besides the Big Event of course). On Thursday, January 26th from 8-11pm at the Wesley Foundation, Dance Marathon will be holding our annual Black Tie Affair. Come dressed in your finest attire and be ready to dance the night away!

Waterloo Blackhawks Game

On Friday, January 27th at Young Arena there is a Waterloo Blackhawks game at 7 pm. Come show your support for Dance Marathon and watch a great game of hockey while you’re at it!

Dresses for DM

On Saturday, January 28th from 10am-2pm at Cedar Falls High School there will be a great fundraising opportunity for you. Dance Marathon is holding an event to sell old prom/homecoming dresses. If you have been wanting to sell your dresses now is the perfect opportunity, and the money goes directly into your donor drive! Just follow the link here and fill out the form with your name and how much you’d like to sell your dress for. You do not have to be at this event in order for your dress to be sold.
